School management should observe the classrooms, it works as an important device to make the education system better and to promote the effective ways of teaching. Through the observation of class room, teachers and student administrators- interactions of teacher, teaching methods, and we can get valuable insight about the dynamics of the learning environment.

Classroom observations help to take tests of teacher’s performance, to provide constructive feedback and attributes of professional development. We should build a platform on which teachers can share different methods and can share different cultures of improvement. So teachers can make the teaching methods better and they could support, the school leadership system should observe classrooms from time to time.

So the next question comes that which matters should be reviewed? So now we will review all those formats or tools. From simple to complex observations and some conceptual understanding, all the formats for example check list or Likert scale. These formats can be beneficial for all the senior teachers or management who are connected to the responsibility of inspection.

·        A teacher provides the opportunities to apply your learnings in real world context.

·       A teacher presents the information in an effective way.

·       To maintain the engagement in students, a teacher uses appropriate pace and tone.

·       A teacher replies timely and with respect to his students, when they ask questions and helps them to solve their problems.
