School
management should observe the classrooms, it works as an important device to
make the education system better and to promote the effective ways of teaching.
Through the observation of class room, teachers and student administrators-
interactions of teacher, teaching methods, and we can get valuable insight
about the dynamics of the learning environment.

help to take tests of teacher’s performance, to provide constructive feedback and
attributes of professional development. We should build a platform on which
