What is Global Warming?

Global warming is basically a continuous long-term warming of the planet’s temperature. Because the human population has increased, the volume of the fossil fuels which burn has also increased and that is why the pace of the global warming has notably increased in the last hundred years owing to the burn of fossil fuels (fossil fuels include coal, natural gases and oil etc. and fossil fuels are formed by the remain of ancient animals and plants etc.) and burning all of these causes “Greenhouse gases”.

But the question comes that what is the reason behind the “Global Warming”?

Ans: Global warming takes place when CO2 (Carbon-di-oxide) and some of the other pollutants in the atmosphere that have bounced off to the surface of the Earth, absorb sunlight and some other solar radiations. Ordinarily, this radiation runs away to the space, but these pollutants can last up to centuries in the atmosphere, trapping the heat and being the cause of planet to get hotter.

So we can say that global warming is one facet of climate change. Global Warming alludes to global temperatures or to the long term warming of our planet.

What are the further ramifications of the global warming?

Every year scientists learn more about the effects of the global warming. As the heat waves and other changes related to climate are becoming more frequent the number of deaths is rising. According to the scientists if we don’t reduce our discharges, the number of death will increase to more than 250,000 people all over the world caused by the climate change by the year 2030.

1.    1. Glaciers disappearing because of the melting of snow.

2.   2. Rising sea level causing many countries to drown or lose their land because of this.

3.   3. Ultimately will cause huge flooding’s.

4.   4. It will also increase diseases like different types of allergies and some other breathing related diseases for example: asthma. And will also make such conditions which will be commending pathogens and mosquitoes.

Nonetheless everyone is affected from the climate change, but not everyone is equally affected.
