Many people use a password made upon the work so that it could be easy for them to remember. As these types of passwords are easy to remember for the people, it is not difficult for experienced crackers to crack the password as well. Let’s take an example of a four-digit password. Some where it is your birthdate, it can be your house number, and it is possible that it is based on the first or last 4 digits of you ID (identity) card? Just think! How hard it would be for someone to get this type of information? It’s not a big deal for someone to get this type of info. 

What is your email password? Somewhere it is a word taken from a dictionary, if it is so your password can be a target of dictionary attack. The method of dictionary attack is; there are many soft wares (password cracker) through which all the words present in the dictionary are used as a password and think any of them can be a valid password and if the password is taken from the dictionary so after the soft wares successfully gets the password, it tells the cracker that they found the pass! 

But if you use words like ( ruf instead of rough and tyme instead of time) and many other words like this, then they can save your password from dictionary attack to some extent. There is another way which is a lot better than this, take a sentence as password and then abbreviate the sentence into a word and use it as your password. But to decode that password you must believe in your memory; this method is known as Mnemonics. For example, use ILTRMB instead of Bicycle, it’s a better password than the word bicycle. You will probably think that it’s hard to remember these types of words, but these are very easy. 

The word Iltrmb is an abbreviation of I like to ride my bicycle, and now this password will be easier to remember relatively. This type of password is safer than the words taken from dictionary and are easy to remember as well.
