Password is the most common way of user authentication. Sometimes only password is the only thing between you and the user’s personal information. There many soft wares and many tricks through which password can be cracked. But we can make our password secure by choosing a powerful password and by keeping it completely secret. So today we are going to learn how we can make a secure password. What are the benefits of a good password? And many other things related to password security.

Why do we use passwords?

The use of password is common in our daily life:

  1. 1. We use pin code (password) for using the ATM machine.

  1. 2. We must use a pin code for shopping through a web card.

  1. 3. Passwords are important for logging onto a computer.

  1. 4. We use passwords for checking mail.

  1. 5. We use security passwords for online bank accounts and transactions.

These are some examples that tell us how important the use of passwords is in our daily lives. In these days we use easy passwords for remembrance, and use it as our computer login password, e-mail password, bank password etc. Many of these people think that what anybody would do by cracking my e-mail password or what anybody will do by cracking my bank password which has no money in it, there are many other bank accounts which have more money.

If you also think like this you should change your mind, if you want that you not to have a loss like many other people have. This type of thinking can cause a lot of problems for you. Look, when someone cracks yours or someone else’s password, there are many chances that he even doesn’t know your name, how much money is in your bank account or even he has no idea what type of mails you have. The purpose of this type of password crack is not only to get information about your account, but rather their purpose is also to use the info they have and get the main information about the person and to perform bigger actions.

If someone gets your id (identity) card number, your home address, your work and this type of personal information, so it can be very dangerous or more stressful for you.

The only way to make your property and other things safe is that only authorized people should have information about these things. The next question comes that the person who says that he is authorized to have this information, is he speaking the truth or notIf the person has permission to enter there, then it is possible that he is an authorized person or otherwise not. Just like this, laws are followed in the cyber world, even if there are more difficulties in the cyber world.

As you know, in the cyber world the most common thing which is used for user authentication is password, if the password is not qualitative or it is not secret, so the presence of the that password is just like there was no password from start. These types of events are common, where there are no qualitative passwords and because of this many services and systems have a lot of damage. Many viruses like this also have the power to damage systems which do not have qualitative or powerful passwords.
